Chris has 24 years’ HR experience gained initially in large private multi-nationals such as P&O, Ford and Iveco Ford Truck. More recently Chris worked in the not-for-profit social housing sector for national housing and care provider Anchor Housing Trust and latterly for Housing Solutions Group in the home counties. Chris set up Horizon HR in 2008 – following her dream of running her own HR business which had been forming since completing her CIPD qualifications back in 1992. In all her time in HR she can boast ZERO tribunals.
Horizon HR is a flexible, pragmatic Aylesbury based HR Consultancy and proud to have worked with a wide range of different clients from a variety of sectors including a union, a private school, a manufacturing plant, a trade association, a property lettings agent and a pharmaceutical consultancy, amongst others.
Chris is passionate about working with smaller businesses over a period of time to help them flourish and grow through better HR practice.
