Laura is a highly experienced coach with a formal qualification from the Executive Coaching Programme at Henley Management College, University of Reading. Laura worked at a senior level for many years in a variety of roles for the Xerox Corporation at both national and international level, roles in Sales Management, Employee and Customer Engagement initiatives, Leadership and Management Development, Organisation and Systems Change Management and Human Resources.
She is passionate about the importance of the ‘transfer of learning’ from a training situation to normal work practice using coaching as the key differentiator to achieve success.
Mike is an expert and accomplished recruiter with over 20 years’ corporate recruitment experience gained predominantly within the information technology sector, both in the UK and EMEA.
